PURPOSE
I didn’t set out to lead men. I set out to save myself.
I’ve walked the path from insecurity to embodiment — not through hacks, but through heartbreak, healing, and deep f*cking truth.
Now I’m here to be the mirror, the lighthouse, the brother — for the man who’s ready to stop pretending and start becoming.
As a kid, I was scared of strangers.
Shy to the bone.
I couldn’t even ask someone for help.
That fear ran deep — I felt unseen, unworthy, like the world was too loud and I was too small.
And the voice in my head? Always doubting.
The Fat Kid Mask
As I got older, I transformed my body. Got athletic. Got stronger.
But inside, I was still the fat little boy looking for approval.
No matter how I looked, I didn’t feel enough.
The mirror changed — the self-talk didn’t.
The pick up phase
I read The Game. Joined the pickup scene.
Stockholm nights, shallow wins, empty mornings.
It became a numbers game, not a love story.
I was chasing dopamine, not depth.
Performing masculinity — not embodying it.
The Celibacy Vow – “Burning the Ego”
It broke me.
So I went celibate — two full years.
No sex. No flirting.
Just stillness, healing, rebuilding.
Not to become desirable.
But to become whole.
LOVE IS HARD – “Meeting Her, Meeting Myself”
After the silence, she came.
And with her, a deeper mirror.
Marriage.
Fatherhood.
Three beautiful, chaotic kids.
And all of it cracked me open
— exposed my shadow,
awakened my fire.
It wasn’t easy.
It was real.
The Misaligned Success – “Digital, But Disconnected”
I built a media agency. Spoke on stages. Helped brands grow. Win prizes.
But inside — same ache.
This wasn’t my soul’s work.
The whisper got louder:
“Help men. Lead them. Share what you’ve lived.”
The Lighthouse – “Now I Serve”
I’ve studied under giants. Collected certifications. Healed wounds I didn’t know I had.
But I never did it for clout.
I did it to find truth.
Now I coach, speak, podcast, and create sacred spaces for men.
To remember their worth.
To find their fire.
To come home to themselves.
Still Becoming…
This isn’t the end.
It’s just where I’m at today.
Still growing. Still falling. Still rising.
But now — I’m not hiding.
I’m here to walk with you.
